What this website is
The site describes what we do. Its content is provided for information, may change without notice, and is not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver a particular result. Nothing on it forms a contract.
Concept work
Projects shown in the Lab are our own concepts and are labelled with their status. They are not client engagements, and no client relationship, endorsement or partnership is implied by them. Company names used in product mockups are fictional.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige us to take on the work. Any engagement begins only with a separate written agreement covering scope, cost, timeline, intellectual property and confidentiality.
Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will put a confidentiality agreement in place first.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
- Submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Use automated means to scrape, copy or republish the site's content.
Intellectual property
The design, copy, code and artwork of this site belong to XXXXX unless credited otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or adapt them without written permission.
Availability
